Shipping policy
Our shipping options include Standard and Rush options. Rates will populate at checkout based on shipping cost from our fulfillment center in Kentucky. Orders with Priority Processing will be shipped same-day if the order is received before 11 AM Eastern Time, or will otherwise ship within 1 business day, excluding weekends or holidays.
For orders received after 11 AM ET on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest ship day will be the following Monday (excluding holidays.)
We offer free shipping on orders over $60, and free returns and exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 30 days. Different policies apply to Mystery Pairs, Outlet, and select prescription items.
